Hello! My name is David García-Díaz.

I am a Sales, Growth Marketing, and Revenue Generation expert, and I’m building an agency to help all kinds of businesses craft strategies to accelerate revenue growth using proven methodologies and effective tools.

I have over 10 years of experience working at top Silicon Valley companies in SaaS Sales and Sales Leadership. As a founding Account Executive and subsequent Sales Leader of the world’s first public cannabis technology company, I built sales processes from the ground up, orchestrated channel partner and referral programs, and led the company’s expansion overseas into Spain and LATAM markets where cannabis was becoming legal.

For multi-faceted projects requiring various areas of expertise, I have a broad network of professionals I rely on to partner on delivering the best possible work for our clients.

With a Global Mindset

Being based in San Francisco has its perks, and our experience is deeply rooted in the business community surrounding Silicon Valley, but David’s reach and network stretches far beyond the confines of the Bay Area.

From as far as Spain to Australia, David has worked with global clients in emerging markets, specializing in cross-cultural communication and international contract negotiation. David is a native Spanish and English speaker and took a heavy course load in classics, linguistics, and European languages. He has managed remote sales teams in Europe and developed new markets from the ground floor for small to mid-size businesses expanding internationally. 

At MJ Freeway, David was tasked with identifying and establishing strategic partnerships in other countries, to expand their reach beyond the US. As a result, he was able to create an entirely new business unit in Spain with its own localized version of their software platform, which was developed under his leadership and launched at Spannabis in 2016.

David additionally closed and managed a variety of international channel partnership programs for SurveyMonkey, negotiating and coordinating the resale of SurveyMonkey’s data collection products to businesses and universities in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.
